What do I need to purchase to be eligible for the offer

I bought 2 of the Perfect Italiano products listed but in separate stores, am I eligible to make a claim?

To make a valid claim, you must purchase any 2 Perfect Italiano products in one transaction from the same store and within the Competition Period of 1 July – 12 August 2019.

I bought 4 Perfect Italiano products and want to make two claims, but I only have one purchase receipt, how do I go about this?

Only one claim can be made per Qualifying Purchase receipt. If you wish to claim 2 personalised plates, you must make two separate Qualifying Purchases.

Can I save my personalised plate and finish the claim later?

Yes, simply copy and paste the link underneath your plate design somewhere safe and once you're ready to finish personalising your plate, click on the link and it will take you back to your plate design.

How do I upload my receipt to the claim website?

Scan or take a photo of your purchase receipt, then use the “Browse’ button on the claim form to browse for the image and select the file. Your image will be automatically uploaded once selected.

What details will I be required to provide?

Your contact details, delivery address, the last 6 digits from the two product barcodes, and the receipt for the transaction in which you bought the 2 Perfect Italiano products.

How will I know that I have lodged a valid claim?

You will be sent an email confirmation within 2 business days of submitting your claim. A further email will be sent once your claim has been validated.
If you don't receive an email confirmation with 2 business days, please check your Junk Mail folder.

How many claims can I make?

You can claim multiple times, provided you only claim once per Qualifying Purchase receipt.

Do I need to keep the physical copy of my purchase receipt once my claim has been validated?

Yes, we advise keeping your purchase receipt until you have received your personalised plate.

How long will it take for my plate to arrive?

Your personalised plate should arrive within 6 weeks of your claim being validated.

How will I know when my plate is going to be delivered? Will I receive a tracking number?

You will receive a confirmation email once your personalised plate order has been dispatched with delivery timing provided. Tracking numbers will not be issued.

6 weeks has passed and my plate has not arrived, what should I do?

If your personalised plate has not arrived within the 6 week time frame, please contact dispatch@perfectitalianoplates.com.au

Do I have to pay for delivery of my personalised plate?

There is no charge to have your plate delivered.

Where can I have my personalised plate delivered to?

Delivery is available for Australian addresses only and is fulfilled by Australia Post.

Do I have to be home to receive delivery of my plate?

No. If the package does not fit in your mailbox, the postman will attempt to deliver to your door. If no one is home, they will leave a delivery slip for collection from your nearest post office.

Can I change the delivery address after I have submitted my claim?

No. The delivery will be made to the nominated delivery address provided on your claim form.

We recommend hand washing your plate before using it for the first time.

Can I put my Perfect Italiano personalised plate in the microwave?

Your plate is not suitable for microwave use.

Can I put my Perfect Italiano personalised plate in the oven?

Your plate is not suitable for oven use.

Can I put my Perfect Italiano personalised plate in the dishwasher?

To prolong the life of your personalised Perfect Italiano plate we recommend you hand wash your plate instead of using a dishwasher.
